How much waste is considered a normal pick-up?
A normal pick-up is considered our supplied 95 gallon wheeled waste cart and one 32 gallon barrel.
You are allowed to place out more then that and you will be charged $1.50 for each 32 gallon barrel over
for weekly customers and $3.00 for bi-weekly customers.
How does Dover Trucking, Inc. recycling program work?
Our recycling program operates on a bi-weekly basis. One week we collect household paper products
(including cardboard) and the next week we collect your commingling products which consist of plastic
numbered1 -7, clear, brown and green glass and tin products. We elected to operate on a bi-weekly basis
because we feel that with this type of program we are capable of achieving the highest reclaim rate for
our recycling while still being able to offer our customers the most resonable rates and same time collection
of recycling and waste.
What supplies are provided by Dover Trucking, Inc. free of charge?
When you become a Dover Trucking, Inc. customer we will deliver one 95 gallon wheeled waste cart free of charge and if you choose to recycle with us; we also include 2 recycling bins free of charge. All customers
can rent from us additional carts and recycling bins.
Does Dover Trucking, Inc. have a fuel surcharge?
We do have a variable diesel fuel surcharge that is applied to your monthly statement. We implemented
this program in September of 2005 in order to keep our monthly costs as low as possible. We base the price around the previous months average prices of a gallon of diesel fuel in the east coast region. If you would
