Recycling
At Dover Trucking we offer a unique Recycling program for our weekly customers:

Mixed Household Paper
This program includes the removal of up to 3 doubled brown paper bags and/or one 18 gallon plastic recycling bin on alternating weeks with mixed household papers.

Commingled Glass, Tin and Plastics*
This program includes the removal of one 18 gallon plastic recycling bin filled alternating weeks with the commingled glass, metal and plastic's.(Details below on proper recycling etiquette)

Customers will be given a calendar to show designated weeks for mixed household paper and commingled glass, tin and plastics.  For more information on our Recycling program please give us a

MIXED PAPER

Lay flat in doubled brown paper bags, or securely tied bundles. No plastic bags are permitted

Include
* Newspaper
* Magazines / Catalogs
* Corrugated Cartons (cut or reduced to 2' x 2' and placed under recycling bin)
* Ad inserts
* Phone books
* Manila folders
* Junk Mail
* Carrier Stock (cardboard soft drink & beer cartons)
* Glossy Paper
* Office Paper (white and colored)
* Envelopes (including windowed envelopes)
* Paperboard (flattened)
* Paper Bags
* Shredded Paper

Exclude
* Foil-lined Paper
* Books
* Egg Cartons
* Gift wrap or blueprints
* Plastic bags or string
* Hanging File Folders
* Frozen Food Containers
* Dark or Fluorescent Paper
* Paper Cups & Plates
* Pet Food, Kitty Litter, Fertilizer or Charcoal Bags
* Waxed Paper
* Tissues
* Paper Towels
* Photographs
* Soiled of Food-Encrusted Paper
* Tyvek and other Plastic Coatings
GLASS

Rinse and Remove caps and collars
METAL

Rinse. Cans do not need to be flattened.
Labels may be left on
Include
* All clear and colored, non-deposit and deposit glass bottles and jars

* Window Glass

* Aluminum
* Steel and Tin cans

* Non-Deposit and Deposit Drink Cans
* Empty Aerosol Cans

* Clothes Hangers
* Empty Paint Cans

* All Non-Deposit and Deposit #1 through #7 Plastics

-For ease of disposal take a string and tie a loop at both ends and use it to hang your #2 plastics.

-On designated day remove and tie both ends together, place out for collection with rest of commingled.
